I have considered the Notice of Motion dated 26.2.2024 and the Supporting Affidavit.  The application was seeking amendment of the order made on 22.2.2023.  I take it that the applicant is seeking review of the said order on the grounds in the application.

I find merit in the application. I make the following orders:

  1. The order made on 22.2.2023 is reviewed so that the case to be transferred reads Kakamega CM ELC No. 481 OF 2018.
  2. No order as to costs of Notice of Motion dated 26.2.2024.
