DIRECTIONS
Court: This matter coming for on 28th June 2024, the issue fir determination being who between the firm of P Wasolo & Co Advocates, and Muthoni Ndwiga & Co Advocates, ought to represent the respondent in this appeal. Both counsel and the respondent have expressed the desire to have the respondent be cross examined on his affidavits.
Upon perusal of the application, the rival affidavits, I am persuaded that the issue of representation will be well determined on merit after the respondent has been cross examined.
I direct therefor that the ruling awaits the evidence of the Respondent.
Parties to fix a date for the cross examination hearing.
