' I have carefully considered the Probation Officer’s report filed on 7 th October 2025 and I note that the said report favours review of sentence so that the Applicant can serve the remaining period of 3 months under Community Service Order.
Consequently, I direct that the Applicant’s sentence be reviewed and substituted with a sentence of Community Service Order for 3 months under the supervision of Nyamira Probation Office.
