By consent, the application dated 28/10/2024 is compromised in the following terms:
1. That the entire decretal amount be deposited in a joint interest earning account in the names of both advocates within the next 45 days.
2. In default of [1] the stay orders shall automatically lapse.
3. The reference be filed and served in the intervening period.
4. Mention for compliance and further directions on 25/2/2025.
