This matter is before me for purposes of revision under the decongestion exercise by the Judiciary vide memo dated 13th March 2024.
The offender was fined Ksh 50,000 in default 1 year imprisonment for possession of cannabis sativa worth ksh 8,200.
The fine is reasonable.
The offender to serve the sentence.
