RULING
Upon considering the application dated 8.5.24 ,the supporting affidavit and the annextures exparte , i proceed to make the following orders :
1. The application be served for interpartes hearing on 6.6.24 .
2. Interim orders in terms of prayer 2 are granted on condition that the applicant deposits the entire decretal sum in court within 30 days from today.
