Upon a careful considering of the application dated 8.5.24 i proceed to make the following orders :
1. The application be served for interpartes hearing on 6.6.24 .
2. Interim stay of execution in terms of prayer 2 is granted on condition that the applicant deposits the entire decretal sum in court within i30 days from today.
