RULING
1. Upon this Appeal coming up for Notice to show cause, I have duly considered the Affidavit sworn by counsel for the Appellant in response to the Show Cause Notice and the rival submissions of parties’ counsels and it has emerged that on 15/7/2026, this matter was not listed before this Court wherefore the Appellant cannot be faulted for not appearing before the Court.
2. The Appellant has since supplied the Court with a hard copy of the Record of Appeal. I thus find that Cause has been duly shown as to why this Appeal ought not be dismissed.
