RULING
1. The Plaintiff has attended court and expressed their intention to proceed with the matter.
2. The explanation of the delay is that Mr. Maengwe was not aware of the orders issued on 27/05/24.
3. Consequently, for purposes of justice to be done and parties to be accorded a hearing, the Notice to Show Course dated 4/11/24 is hereby dismissed.
