RULING

  1. The application dated 10th February, 2025 is hereby allowed and John Tioko Ekai is hereby joined as the 2nd Defendant in this suit.
  2. The Plaintiff is granted leave of 14 days  from today’s date to Amend the Plaint dated 25th June, 2024 and serve the same together with the Summons against 2nd Defendant.
  3. The matter will come up for pre-trial on 26th June, 2025 virtually.
