1. I have perused the application dated 16th July 2025 that seeks to have the application dated 1st July 2025 heard on priority basis.
2. The applicants aver that they discovered that the deceased owned Title No Mombasa/Block XLI/176. They wish to have the grant rectified so as to include the said parcel of land. It is proposed that the said land, once listed as being part of the deceased's estate, be shared equally by the three heirs named in the application.
3. I am satisfied that the matter is urgent. I direct that the application dated 1st July 2025 be heard on 28th July 2025 virtually. I further direct that all beneficiaries be present virtually to confirm their agreement with the proposed mode of distribution.
