1. I have perused the Summons for Rectification of Grant dated 3rd March 2025 and the affidavit in support of the said application.
2. The application seeks the amendment of the grant as the same has clerical errors. I note that the application has merit.
3. Section 99 of the Civil Procedure Act provides that:-
"Clerical or arithmetical mistakes in judgments, decrees or orders, or errors arising therein from any accidental slip or omission, may at any time be corrected by the court either of its own motion or on the application of any of the parties."
4. The error in the said documents would have been corrected by this court had the same been brought to the attention of the court at the time of the collection.
5. Since an application has been filed, I allow the same as prayed. I make no orders as to costs.
