' 1. I have perused the Petition for Letters of Administration ad colligenda bona brought under the provision of section 67 of the Law of Succession Act , brought under a certificate of urgency, and considered the supporting affidavit of Daniel Wambua Wayua, sworn on 20th November 2025.
2. The applicant would like to register restrictions as per Section 76 of the Land Registration Act and Rule 81 of the Land Registration (General) Regulations over properties, Plots Nos. 1556 and 1563, Section III, Mainland North and Plot No. 3088 Section 1, Mainland North, known as Gecko Village, as he is apprehensive that Mr Trevor John Fellows, by himself or through his agents, may transfer the same to third parties before the applicant herein acquires the full grant.
3. In my view, the application has merit. Consequently, I hereby issue Letters of Administration ad colligenda bona to the applicant Daniel Wambua Wayua.
4. It is so ordered.
