RULING
1. Application dated 15.3.24 is considered . The same seek substitution of the objector . It is not opposed . The applicant has annexed letters of administration for the Estate of Simon Nyarega Mochoge the deceased in this cause instead of Peris Kemuma (also deceased ). There is thus no evidence that he is the administrator of the estate of the said Peris and thus he has no capacity to be enjoined herein.
