I have seen and considered the letter dated 2nd July, 2025 by Kyalo, Muia and Co. Advocates who represent the 2nd Administrator in this case. Indeed there is a typographical slip in the judgment of this court dated 26th June 2025. The same is corrected under the slip Rule Section 99 of Civil Procedure Act as to reflect the correct position in the summons for confirmation which was:
a) Masii/Mbaani/353 measuring 2.8 Ha to Serah Nzivulu Musyoki.
b) Masii/Embui/793 measuring 3.5 Ha to Mueni Nguma.
A fresh certificate of confirmed grant to issue.
Orders accordingly.
