THIS MATTER coming up for directions on the Petition for grant of Letters of Administration intestate ad colligenda bona dated 27 July 2026 before the Honourable Justice Aleem Visram AND UPON CONSIDERING the Certificate of Urgency, the Petition and the supporting affidavit;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
1. THAT the application be and is hereby allowed.
2. THAT a Limited Grant of Letters of Administration ad colligenda bona shall issue forthwith to the Petitioner.
3. THAT the Petitioner shall file the appropriate application for a full Grant of Representation within ninety (90) days from the date hereof.
