THIS MATTER coming up on 6th March 2025 for directions on the Notice of Motion dated 6th March 2024 before Honourable Justice Mohochi S.M; UPON HEARING the Counsel for the Applicant ex parte;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
1. The Application is certified as urgent and its service in the 1st instance is dispensed with
2. The instant probate (with a written will) be forthwith placed before Hon J Nangea for consideration if hearing simultaneously together with Succession Cause No. E115 of 2024, Estate of Linda Muir that is scheduled for hearing on the 10th March 2025
