I have considered the petition of letters of administration ad litem dated 17.1.25 , the  death certificate , Chief’s letter  and consent . The application is certified as urgent The applicants say that they urgently seek the letters of administration to enable them file a suit to protect their interest in land parcel Basil /Bondonya /794 .  The Chief introduced the applicants and others  as survivors of deceased  and they have filed a consent for issuance of the said orders . I find merit in the application and I proceed to allow the petition as prayed . letters of administration ad litem to issue accordingly . The same shall be valid for only six months form today . The applicants to take steps towards filing an application for a full grant .
