1. I have carefully considered the application dated 8.5.25 and the supporting affidavit .
2. The applicant seeks that OCS Matutu police station to provide security for the intended survey on land LR NO 9346 herein as the surveyor has expressed fears for his safety due to the large number of people occupying the said land .
3. The application is merited and is in the interest of the estate and all the beneficiaries . it is also important for purposes of maintenace of peace and order during the intended survey .
4. I allow the same as prayed .
