' I have perused the Petiotion herein. On the material before court, am satisfied the order sought is merited and necessary for the collection and preservation of the estate herein pending the application for the main grant. I accordingly make a Grant ad colligenda bona in favour of the petitioners. For avoidance of doubt, the said Grant shall be limited to;
1.Collect gather and protect the deceased''s property.
2. Protect the estate from loss, damage or intermeddling.
3.Take inventory of assets.
