BY the application dated 17th January 2025 the Petitioner/Applicant seeks letters of administration for purposes of filing a suit in the Environment and Land Court in relation to a property LR NO Machakos /Kiandani/1922 belonging to one Simon Wambua Paul(Deceased). The Petitioner alleges to be the son of the deceased and there is a consent filed by Shadrack Kyalo Paul and Julius Mutua Paul as beneficiaries of the estate.
i have considered the application and now hereby order as follows:
- That letters of administration ad litem limited to filing an ELC suit in respect to LR NO Machakos/Kiandani/1922 be and are hereby issued to Samson Wambua Paul ID NO 27014286.
- The letters of administration ad litem shall be for a period of sixty (60) days from todays date.
- There shall be no orders for cost.
- Mention on 21st of march 2025.
- Orders accordingly
