Ruling
This Court has considered the Application dated 21st June 2026 and finds merit in the same and that no prejudice shall be occasioned upon any party with its exparte hearing i equally find merit and order as follows;
That the Busia MCSUCC/E477/2024 file In the Estate of ODUNDO DIDYMUS KHASEKE ODUNDO is forthwith transferred to the High court to be consolidated herein.
There shall be no order as to costs.
The Hearing Scheduled 20th July 2026 shall include the issues consolidated
