Ruling.
1. The Petitioners have moved this court by way of a Chamber Summons dated 3.2.2026 wherein they crave for several orders which i will not delve into save to note that they are yet to be appointed as administrators of the estate of the deceased and they have not exhibited any limited grant wherefore they have no locus standi to move this court. I thus find that the application herein is a nonstarter for the reasons stated and I therefore strike it out.
