Ruling
Upon Considering the Certificate of Urgency as supported by the Sworn Affidavit of BEATRICE WANJIKU WANYIRI both evenly dated 16th August 2024 this court is persuaded to Order and direct as follows;
1. That the Application is certified as urgent and service of the same is dispensed with in the first instance;
2. An Order of inhibition is hereby issued inhibiting all dealings with respect to the property of the deceased, pending the hearing and determination of this application, referenced as;
