1. upon perusal of the applicants' Notice of motion dated 4.2.2026, I do note that this file was closed on 8.6.2022 and no action has been taken by any party until now wherefore this application is not certified as urgent.
2. The same be served within 3 days and responses be filed and served within 10 days from this date.
