1. I have considered the application for summons for review of grant dated 12 March 2026. Having considered the material before the court, I find that the same is with merit. The application is hereby allowed. The court is satisfied that all beneficiaries were present and that none of them had any objection to the amendment for distribution of assets as provided at paragraph 1 of the Application.
