RULING
Having gone through the file and considered the application dated 11/7/2024 and the affidavit in support of the application I allow prayer (a) and (b) of the application dated 11/7/2024 as follows:
(i) Cosmas Kharinda Biketi who is now deceased will be replaced by Patrick Wetungu Kharinda.
(ii) The Certificate of confirmation dated 19/5/023 will be amended to reflect the names of Jairus Saenyi Makokha and Patrick Wetungu Kharinda, upon being given the amended grant the 2 administrators MUST wind of the estate within six months from the date of this Ruling. The applicant will return the earlier grant to court and an amended to be issued thereafter.
