The applicant filed the application dated 10.2.25 seeking distribution of the benefits of the deceased to the benefiaciares . I note that it has been disclosed that one of the administrators namely Daniel Matara Saisi passed on 5.6.2017 but there is no prayer for his removal or replacement from the grant . I have however seen his death certificate and proceed to order his removal from the grant and order an amendment to remove the name of Daniel from it. A fresh grant of letters of administration to issue in the name of Elizabeth Mugure Magwaro .
Elizabeth the administrator deponed that they had agreed that monies in the account be shared between the two houses as follows Ksh 294, 441.85 to be deposited in Kenya Commercial bank account no. 1327582481 in the name of Wilcliff Ongaki Magwaro and Ksh 294, 441.85 be deposited in the Cooperative Bank Account No. Kshs. 0110936061 for the 2 nd house . The beneficiaries who were present in court on 4.6.25 confirmed this . I however note that the account name for the second house has not been specified . I allow the application as prayed for same subject the account name for the 2 nd house being provided .
