I have considered the Summons dated 12th March 2024 seeking to amend the Certificate of Confirmation of grant made to Alice Muthike Maingi and John Kimanthi Maingi on 7th November 2022, together with the affidavit of support and the annexures therewith. i have seen the consent by the beneficiaries.
The Summons is allowed as prayed.
An amended Certificate of Confirmation of Grant to issue accordingly.
