1. I have seen the mediation settlement agreement in respect of application dated 17.11.25 . The parties have settled the matter on the following terms ‘’ We, the undersigned parties in this matter, have agreed to settle our dispute/differences as follows:
a.That the succession to continue as it.
b. That Joseck Morema Rwenyo be the administrator of Barnabas Rwenyo Nyaneko Decesead’s Estate.
c. That the grand and great grand children of Barnabas Rwenyo Nyaneko who bought land from Finlay Samwel Ogoti Rwenyo be included during land survey that is;
1. James Nyamache Rwenyo
2. Kenyansa Nyamache Rwenyo
3. Benson Omao Gichaba and
4. Risper Bosibori Abraham Omoke
d. That we shall stay in peace and harmony from now henceforth.’’
2. The mediation settlement agreement is adopted as an order of this court . Summons for confirmation of grant dated 18.11.25 be heard on 10.3.26. Counsel to attend court .
