I have considered the Chamber Summons application dated 9th April 2025, vide which the applicant seeks to be heard during the court's current recess. 

In my view, the said application has merit. I therefore allow it and admit the Notice of Motion dated 9th April 2025 for hearing on 11th April 2025.
