1. I have considered the Application dated 2nd December 2024 together with the affidavit sworn in support.
2. The Application is not opposed and was duly served.
3. The Application is allowed as prayed for on the basis that the purpose of the orders sought are required to give meaningful effect to the extension of the term of the joint administrators in accordance with the terms of the mandate and objectives set out in the Insolvency Act.
4. The moratorium on civil proceedings is hereby extended to the end of the term of the joint Administrators including the term extended by this court pursuant to its orders dated 26th March 2025.
