RULING
I have considered the Motion on Notice dated 31/1/2023 made by the applicant for extension of time within which some securities should be registered. I have seen and considered the supporting affidavit thereto which has explained the reason for the delay. I am satisfied with the explanation given and that the application is meritorious.
Accordingly, the application is allowed and the period ordered is 30 days from the date of this ruling. This file is now marked as closed.
