Upon perusal of the notice of motion dated 28.8.2024, the affidavit in support thereof sworn by Mitchell J. B. Menezes on even date and the enclosures therein I do hereby allow the same as per Section 888 of the Companies Act and I make the following orders:-
1. The time for registration of the supplementary 1st legal charge dated 11th July 2024 created in favour of I & M Bank Limited by Jumbo Steel Mills Limited is hereby enlarged for a period of 30 days from the date hereof.
