I have considered the petition dated 30 May 2023 filed under a certificate of urgency of even even date. The matter has been filed as a constitutional petition and not an application for leave to apply for any of the judicial review orders. Neither is it an application for judicial review. I direct that the petition be transferred to the Constitutional and Human Rights Division for disposal or for such other orders that the Presiding Judge in the division may deem fit to make.
