I have seen the application dated 25 September 2024.
That application is an abuse of the process of court and is hereby struck out. The court made orders on 24 September 2024 that already take into account the matters raised in that application. The court has already ordered that the money deposited be released to the decree holder. I see that the subject application wants release of the money to the applicants which I cannot allow as I have already made orders that the money deposited as security be released to the decree holder through M/s O.M. Otieno & Company Advocates.
For the above reasons the application dated 25 September 2024 is a non-starter and is hereby dismissed.
