Upon reading the Certificate of Urgency dated 30th December 2025 and the Notice of Motion dated the 29th December 2025 and the Supporting Affidavit sworn by one Jaoko Alexander, it is hereby Ordered:-
1. The Application is NOT certified urgent.
2. The Applicant to serve the Application together with these Directions on the Respondent before the close of business on 07/01/2026 and file an Affidavit of Service thereto not later than four (4) days of service.
3. The Respondent shall file and serve her response within five (5) days of service of the Application.
4. The applicant to deposit in Court all the taxed sum within the next six (6) days of this order, in default, execution to issue.
5. The Application shall be heard before the Deputy Registrar inter partes virtually on 21st January, 2026 when further directions may be issued.
