RULING

1. In view of the fact that the order for transfer was made in the proceeding known as Eldoret HCC P&A No.131 of 2012, it is important that this application and/or file be transferred and presented before the Court that gave the substantive orders for further directions.
2. Consequently, the application dated 28.01.2025 will be mentioned by Justice Wananda on 3.12.2025 for further directions.
3. The Deputy Registrar is directed to ensure transfer of the file and closure of the ELC file.
