'1. On 25/6/2025, this Court passed sentence on the applicant. In that sentence, the Court indicated that the sentence was to run from 27/5/2025.
2. It has occurred to the Court that the correct date when the sentence was to run in accordance with section 333(2) of the Criminal Code is 15/11/2023 when the applicant first took plea.
3. Accordingly, the warrant of committal should show that the sentence of 8 years meted out to the applicant is to run from 15/11/2023.
It is so ordered.
