Hawo Abdi Gonjobe VS Hon. Mohamed Garama Randu, Senior Resident Kadhi AND Abduba Guyo Wada

An error made in my ruling of 15 April 2024 has been brought to my attention. I granted leave in terms of prayers 2(a),(b) and (c) of the Chamber Summons. Prayer (c) is not for leave. It is for leave to operate as stay. That prayer was declined in my ruling. The correct order should read that leave is granted in terms of prayers 2(a) and (b). Except for this correction of the order, the rest of the orders or directions remain the same. It is so ordered.
