I have perused the application dated 18/11/24. For reasons stated, the application is certified urgent. Respondent be served. On the material before court, am persuaded that a conservatory order is necessary in order not to lend the application nugatory and for good order to avoid expense and loss of precious judicial time on a matter that may be found filed without jurisdiction. In the pemises i allow prayer 2 of the Motion pending hearing inter partes.
