Application filed on 7th December 2023 seeking review of his life sentence to determinate sentence pursuant to the Court of Appeal holding in Kitsao Manyeso case.
The application has been considered and same allowed
The life sentence is substituted with 30 years jail term . The applicant upon completion of sentence will remain under supervision of Probation Officer for 3 years for purposes of reintegration and suport so as not to slide back to crime.
