I have perused the Notice of Motion filed today, the 17th of January 2023. From the disclosed facts there exists no real danger of these proceedings being rendered nugatory for reasons that;

1. The Disciplinary cause no. 3 of 2022 is only coming for a mention on 19.1.23 to confirm compliance.

2.This matter is slated for hearing on 24,1.23

3. Should the applicant herein succeed in this judicial review, an order quashing all the impugned actions would be available to the applicant.

I direct that the application be served to be mentioned on 24.1.23.
