I have considered the summons for rectification of grant dated 31st July, 2024, the affidavit in support thereof and the enclosures therein and I do hereby allow the same and I make the following orders:-
1. The letters of administration and the certificate of confirmation of grant issued herein are hereby rectified and the name Mohinder Singh Nihal Brah is hereby amended accordingly to read Mohinder Singh Nihal Brah alias Mohinder Singh Brah.
