' Ruling
This court has considered the Application dated 24th November 2025 and declines the same ex-parte without the need of service for the following reasons;
This Court granted leave of 45 days which period would act as stay against any execution. this is the same relief being sought from court and the period of leave and stay granted is forty-five (45) days .
I accordingly find the Application to be without merit.
