    1. RULING

      Upon Reading the Certificate of urgency, Summons, Supporting affidavit by Terry Wairimu Karobia all evenly dated 11th July 2024 I am inclined to order and direct as follows
      1. The Application is certified as urgent meriting hearing and determination ex-parte in the 1st instance, service of the same is dispensed with.
      2. The 3rd Administrator is granted Leave  to file a further List of and Bundle of documents and witness statement within the next three (3) days.
      3. The 3rd Administrator shall upon filing her  further List of and Bundle of documents and witness statement, serve the same upon her co-Administrators and Objectors if any (within three (3) days) if the filing.
      4. The Application dated 11th July 2024 is hereby marked as spent.
