Ruling
1. Upon considering the certificate of urgency issued by Hildah Kemunto advocate for the appellant on 14th June 2026, on the purport and effect of the order issued by the late Justice Majanja on 6. 12. 2023, I do hereby review the finding made on 13th June 2026 that the appellant's hands are tainted. I am, in light of the explanation tendered by counsel for the appellant, inclined to grant an interim order of stay of execution of the judgment delivered on 15.6.2021 in Milimani CMCC NO 8312 of 2018 until 21.7.2026.
