GORI INVESTMENT LIMITED VS THE APOSTOLIC FAITH CHURCH AND CHIEF LAND REGISTRAR

I have considered the Plaintiff’s application for more time to file and serve written submissions and the submissions on the said application. Mr Michuki has contended that he was unable to file his submissions since he was unwell and away from the office. I have no reason to doubt Mr Michuki. Even if there was any doubt, the Plaintiff would have the benefit of such doubt.

In the circumstances, I find merit in the application for adjournment and for more time. I make the following orders:

1. The Plaintiff to file and serve written submissions within 14 (Fourteen) days from today.
2. The Defendants to file and serve submissions in response within 14 (Fourteen) days of service.
3. Mention on 19^th February 2025 to confirm that the submissions are on record and for further directions.
