1. The application that has been placed before this court for determination is dated 3rd November 2025. It is seeking the following principal orders:
a. That the 1st 2nd 3rd and 4th respondents be cited for contempt or be found to be in contempt of court for disobeying the orders made by Justice or Olola on the 22nd day of January 2021 in MALINDI ELCC NUMBER 36 OF 2016;
b. That an order directing the OCPD Kilifi Division and or OCS Ngerenya Police station to offer security as the applicant conducts the eviction of the respondents and or removal of the illegal structures and erections on the land known as Kilifi/Roka/ 898 in accordance with the judgment issued by Hon Justice Olola on the 22nd day of January 2021.
2. The application is supported by the affidavit of the applicant also dated 3rd November 2025.
3. No response was filed to the application. As the application is unopposed, I hereby grant it in terms of prayers number (b) (c) and (d) thereof.
