THIS MATTER coming up on 23rd May 2023 under Certificate of Urgency on the Notice of Motion application dated 16th May 2023 before Honorable Lady Justice F. Mugambi AND UPON READING the supporting affidavit thereto, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
